I couldn't afford decent cologne to clear the odor‚ says Tbo Touch
It’s no secret that Tbo Touch didn’t always live a privileged life. Speaking to TMG Entertainment at his recent golf day event at Steyn City‚ the radio host explained that he wants to make a difference.
“I live in a plush house and right next to me there are children who don’t even have school shoes to wear. It breaks my heart. I want to change things.”The Metro FM DJ took to Twitter on Thursday giving fans an insight into his childhood.
“I sold donuts in high school couldn’t afford a decent cologne to clear the odor. Today my perfume is best selling at Stuttafords near you.”
While the radio star isn’t shy to flaunt the finer things that he has managed to acquire‚ he says his life has always been about working hard.
“I’m working all the time. You always need to have a plan b‚ plan c and plan d. I’ve got a family to support and I want to give them the best that I possibly can.”
It’s hard work though‚ with Touch often spending time away from his family. It’s about finding balance he says. “Being a good dad‚ husband and businessman take a lot of juggling. I hardly sleep. I’m always on the go‚ but I know that if I can give back‚ not just to my family but those less fortunate‚ then that’s my purpose.”
